- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer will incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

- Passengers must arrive on time for pick-up. Delays may incur additional charges.
